Exclusive Interview with Aditya Gaurav, CEO & Founder of Knowasiak | Entrepreneur Bulletin

Published:

Entrepreneur Bulletin had the opportunity to connect with Aditya Gaurav, a young visionary and tech innovator behind Knowasiak, one of India’s rising social networking platforms. In this candid conversation, Aditya shares his early beginnings, challenges, and inspirations as a growing entrepreneur in the digital space.

Entrepreneur Bulletin: Aditya, tell us about your journey into entrepreneurship.

Aditya Gaurav: I’ve always looked at the world a little differently. Even in school, I wasn’t drawn to typical pastimes. Instead, I was fascinated with the internet and web development. In 6th grade, I built my first website, which ended up receiving over 450,000 yearly page views. That moment made me realize I wanted to build something lasting and global.

EB: What led to the creation of Knowasiak?

Aditya: By 10th grade, I had the vision for a platform that could bring professionals and thinkers together—Knowasiak was born. Today, it has users from over 115 countries. It’s more than a networking site; it’s a hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

EB: You’ve had a remarkable early career. What are some standout moments?

Aditya: I was fortunate to lead a student team that painted India’s first tricolor suburban train, and I represented the Maharashtra railway division as a volunteer during the Kerala floods. On the tech side, I also created Cognac, a metaverse game that ranked fifth in Asia.

Receiving the Bharat Atma-Nirbhar Award at just 17 remains one of my proudest milestones.

EB: Who inspired you the most?

Aditya: Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. His ability to think ahead, act strategically, and overcome adversity resonated deeply with me. He showed how discipline and courage can rewrite destiny.

EB: What challenges have shaped your path as a founder?

Aditya: Limited resources. I didn’t always have a personal laptop, so I used relatives’ devices. Financial hurdles were frequent, but they taught me how to adapt, innovate, and keep pushing forward.

EB: What’s your advice for other young entrepreneurs?

Aditya: Start early. Be consistent. Don’t let your circumstances define your ambition. With the right mindset and a strong sense of purpose, anything is possible.

Closing Thoughts

Aditya’s story is a testament to the power of vision, resilience, and unshakable drive. At Entrepreneur Bulletin, we believe voices like his reflect the future of India’s startup landscape.
